Styled Dessert Bar Retainer Fee

Service Description
Looking for Created by CTB to style your next dessert table?! If your event date is available on our calendar, you may reserve it by submitting a $375 non-refundable retainer fee. This fee secures your spot and will be applied toward your final order total. Once the retainer is received, your date is officially reserved. Orders are confirmed in the order they are received, and we’ll follow up via email to finalize the details of your custom order. Once your dessert package details confirmed, you will receive an invoice outlining your order. The remaining balance for your order will be due 10 business days prior to your event date. Please note: - Please review the 'Created by CTB Dessert Bar Package' Menu in full prior to booking. - The $375 retainer fee is non-refundable. It will be applied to your order. - If you are looking for a specific delivery/set-up time that isn't listed, please request your desired pickup time in the comments of your booking! We look forward to creating something special for your event!
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation Window: - More than 14 days before pickup/delivery: You may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit/retainer fee. - 7–14 days before pickup/delivery: You may cancel and receive a 20% refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit/retainer fee. - Less than 7 days before pickup/delivery: Cancellations made within 7 days or less of scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable, as full planning, preparation, and ingredient/materials purchases will have already begun. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, depending on availability. Cancellations by the Baker: In the rare event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.
