Join Callie for a fun and immersive virtual baking class where you’ll learn how to make her signature “Spirolls”— bite-sized chocolate blackout cake rolls filled with silky buttercream and coated in chocolate. These adorable mini treats are perfect for gifting, selling, or enjoying at home! Over this two-day, hands-on course, you’ll make, bake, and roll a rich chocolate blackout cake, prepare Italian meringue buttercream, and learn the techniques needed to achieve clean, beautiful mini cake rolls. Upcoming Course Dates Wednesday, February 18 & Thursday, February 19, 2026 11:30 AM (Eastern) each day In this live online class, Callie will guide participants through making chocolate blackout cake, rolling it into tight spirals, and finishing each Spiroll with a smooth chocolate coating. Course Schedule Day One (3–4 hours) - Chocolate Blackout Cake Batter - Italian Meringue Buttercream - Baking Day Two (3 hours) - Portioning Mini Cake Rolls - Coating in Chocolate Throughout the two sessions, Callie will demonstrate each technique step-by-step as you bake along from your own kitchen. You’ll receive detailed guidance on how to roll, portion, and finish your Spirolls so they look neat and professional every time. Participants are responsible for providing their own tools, ingredients, and supplies. With your registration, you’ll receive complete recipes for the cake batter and buttercream, along with a comprehensive PDF workbook that includes equipment lists, notes, and instructions. This workbook will be emailed directly to you once you've paid in full. Invoices for the remaining balance will be sent out for your remaining balance to be paid one month prior to the class start date. Important Information - Your spot is confirmed once your deposit is received. - You will receive an invoice to submit the remaining balance. Once full payment is received, your class materials will be emailed directly to you. - All payments are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to other classes. Class size is limited to 20 participants.

Once the class has reached capacity, registration will close. - By registering, participants agree to all course policies listed below. Nonrefundable & Nontransferable Payments - All payments are nonrefundable. - Payments cannot be transferred to future classes, other dates, or different courses. - Please ensure you are able to attend all scheduled sessions before completing your booking. Course Access & Participation - This is a live, online, interactive course. Participants are expected to attend each session at the scheduled time. - Class recordings (if provided) are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed. - Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary ingredients, tools, equipment, and a reliable internet connection. Materials & Downloads Upon successful registration, participants will receive: - A detailed PDF workbook with recipes, tools/equipment lists, and preparation guidance. - Links and access details for the live virtual session(s). All materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or redistributed. Class Changes or Cancellations (By Instructor) - In the rare event that the instructor must cancel or reschedule the course, participants will be notified immediately. - If a full cancellation occurs, participants will receive a complete refund. - If rescheduling is necessary, participants may choose to attend the new dates or opt for a full refund. No-Show Policy - Failure to attend the live sessions, for any reason, will not result in refunds or credits. - Because this is a multi-session course, partial attendance also does not qualify for refunds or partial refunds. Technical Requirements Participants are responsible for ensuring: - Access to Zoom or the designated live streaming platform. - A stable internet connection. - Working audio/video equipment for full participation. Technical issues on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds or credits.
