Order/Event Retainer Fee

Ready to Book Created by CTB for Your Next Event? If your event date is available on our calendar, you may reserve it by submitting a $100 non-refundable retainer fee. This fee secures your spot and will be applied toward your final order total. Once the retainer is received, your date is officially reserved. Orders are confirmed in the order they are received, and we’ll follow up via email to finalize the details of your custom order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice outlining your order details. Any remaining balance for your order will be due 10 business days prior to your order date. Please note: - The $100 retainer is non-refundable. It will be applied to your order. - If your final order is less than $100, the remaining balance of the retainer will not be refunded. - If you are looking for a specific time that isn't listed, please request your desired pickup time in the comments of your booking and we will do our best to accommodate it!
